Description - Description: Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under take major void works at 10 Pendower Road Veryan under JCT minor works contract.The works are to a va cated semi detached house to make ready to relet in line with Cornwall Housing's relet standard.
