Description - Description: The Contractor agrees to provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits, and licenses necessary for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of two conveyors used to load transport barges lo cated on the north side of the Stockton-Weber Emergency Material Transfer Facility (SWEMTF) along the Stockton Deep Water Ship Channel.
