Description - Description qathet Regional District (qRD) is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to develop or source an existing risk management framework, appropriate for use by the qRD, to address risks associated with the assets that s upport our regional services. The framework must outline an approach to identify, assess, classify, prioritize, track and manage risk.
