Description - Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Cranbrook, hereafter referred to as the “City”, invites proposals for full road reconstruction with sidewalk, curb and gutter, and watermain and water service replacement.Substantial Performance for all Work (the construction and associated work which the City seeks to be provided by the Proponent, as listed below) is to be achieved no later than September 30th, 2024.The Contract is generally for the following summary of Work:• 2700m2 of full road reconstruction• 230m of 200mm Ø C900 DR18 PVC Watermain• 2 x 1200mm Ø Drywell Catch Basins• 400m of Curb and Gutter• 650m2 of Sidewalk
