Description - Description: The MRC wishes to purchase an organic matter composting system and its related equipment with a view to installing it in 2025 or at the very beginning of 2026 in its sorting and composting facilities.The awarding of this contract is part of the MRC’s approach to the supply and installation of a composting system, which will be carried out in two stages:- Stage 1: awarding of a contract for the acquisition of a composting system and its related equipment with various technical services (including assistance with the design, installation and start-up of the system).
