Description - Description: Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to establish a panel for minor civil works up to the value of $300,000 (incl. GST) on a schedule of rates basis.It is intended to appoint up to 5 contractors to the panel.The Initial Contract Term shall be for a maximum initial period of 1 year with the option to extend for further periods of any duration up to a maximum extension period of 3 years at Council’s discretion.Contractors must have the capability to perform integrated civil works including but not limited to:• Drainage Works• Kerb and Channel Works• Concrete works• Bulk Earthworks• Minor Landscaping• Footpath Construction•
