Description - ERDH is an administrative partnership between the State, the Municipality of The Hague, the Province of South Holland and various other (semi) public and private organisations. The ERDH Program is aimed at making (the energy consumption) of real esta te of the participating Parties more sustainable in a coherent manner and strives for full sustainability of energy use, no later than 2040. This Framework Agreement is aimed at advisory services for the Energy Transition, consisting of (technical) program management and program coordination support.
