Description - Description: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of products and solutions for peritoneal dialysis along with the lease of cyclers to ADO for UCK. 2. The subject of the order includes:a) Delivery of peritoneal dialysis products, in accordance w ith Annex No. 3a to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the absolute requirements specified in Annex 3a to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer. b) Delivery of solutions for peritoneal dialysis, in accordance with Annex No. 3b to the SWZ.c) Lease of cyclers to ADO (10 pcs.) in accordance with Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.
