Description - project management contract for the energy renovation works of the Judicial Court of Narbonne. The objective of the project is to achieve the recommendations of the DEET in terms of the energy performance of the building while ensuring the occupants of normal conditions of activity, in particular in summer comfort. Thus, the MOE mission, subject of this consultation, includes a tce diagnosis, an acoustic study, a basic MOE mission (including Cssi) and an OPC mission.
