Description - Description: SUBJECTThe STQ has had a voluntary safety management system (SMS) in place since 2001 that was developed in compliance with the requirements of the Marine Safety Management System Regulations (SOR/2024-133) and the CSA S826 standard, for its head office as well as its vessels and piers. This SMS must be audited periodically by an external third party, a company recognized by Transport Canada (OR) in order to maintain its certification.Through this call for tenders, the STQ wishes to enter into a service contract with the service provider (OR) who will have submitted the lowest overall price compliant following the application of the eligibility and compliance terms and condition
