Description - Description: Through this call for tenders, the City of Saint-Lambert (the City) wishes to mandate a company to supply hot mix asphalt mixes for road maintenance as well as for concrete asphalt waste disposal services. These materials will be transpo rted by municipal trucks and employees or by trucks belonging to subcontractors hired by the City.The different types of asphalt mixes and their characteristics are those indicated in this document.
