Description - Description: This service provides early intervention support for adults aged 18-25 who are experiencing mental health problems.Together a wellbeing plan is developed, and help is given to put this into action by sharing links with local organisation s and opportunities along the way.The Contracting Authority is intending to award the contract to an existing provider following a direct award process C.The existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.This is a short term contract for six months from 1st April 2025 to 30th September 2025 whilst the current procurement concludes. The value over that time is £200,789
