Said requirement was authorized by Provision No. 1205, dated May 16, 2024, of the Medical Subdirectorate and by Provision No. 1420, dated May 17, 2024, of the Administrative Subdirectorate. 3rd That, these supplies are not in the Electronic Catalog of Framework Agreements, available in the Public Procurement system, as reported by the Framework Agreement Consultation Certificate issued on October 10, 2024, by the Procurement Headquarters of the San José Hospital, in accordance with the provisions of article 14, fifth paragraph of the Regulations of Law No. 19,886. 4th That, in order to acquire said supplies, the establishment needs a management model that guarantees the availability and opportunity of said elements, also providing flexibility in their use.
