Description - Description: The renovation of building SL2. We want to do this by means of a 2-phase contract. The 2-phase contract consists, as the name suggests, of two phases, namely Phase A and Phase B. Phase A In April 2024 we contracted an integral design tea m. This design team will develop a DO plus/Concept TO for the renovation of SL2 until October 2024. In Phase A, the DO plus/Concept TO is the starting product for the contractor (the winner of this tender) to work with the design team contracted by us to develop the DO plus/Concept TO into a (final) TO.
