Description - Description: The RTC wishes to award a contract to obtain the services of a general contractor. The work is located at the Lebourgneuf Centre located at 720, rue des Rocailles in Quebec City and consists of replacing a chiller located on the mezzanin e of the central boiler room as well as its associated liquid chiller located on the roof.
