Description - Description: This procedure concerns the appointment of a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The expected offer is a CISOaaS offer; in addition to the IT security management service sensu stricto ("formal CISO"), a number of audit and consult ancy services are also expected to be provided by a team around the CISO; an offer proposing a service of the CISO solo practitioner type therefore falls outside the scope of the contract.
