Description - Description The province of Groningen is organizing a tender to contract a company for the realization of the work no-regret measures Blauwe Roos in Winschoten. The work broadly includes the construction of a double-lane knee roundabout at the locati on of the current Blue Rose roundabout complex with two bypasses and several pre-sorting sections, the reconstruction of the current "Beertster roundabout" into the new Rozenblad roundabout with two bypasses. Installing center guides, rearranging and maintaining the road bridge over the A7 and extending the current bicycle tunnel for future bypasses.
