Description - Description The City of Grand Forks is building an extensive network of flood protection infrastructure to protect the City from future flooding. As part of this Flood Mitigation Program, over 70 dwellings were acquired to create room for the dikes a nd to create areas for habitat offsetting and floodplain naturalization.An assortment of homes and associated structures and debris remain on a selection of properties in North Ruckle and other areas around Grand Forks. Hazardous Building Material Assessments have been conducted on almost all structures; proponents must request the documentation package prior to the Mandatory Site Visit.The City  invites Proposals from qualified contractors
