Description - The Town of Pelham is requesting the contracting services of a qualified contractor for the purpose of replacing both road base and surface of both asphalt and surface treated roads located Town wide within the Town of Pelham. This contract will incl ude the items as specified in the schedule of quantities. All works are to include all necessary material and labour to complete each item, unless specified otherwise.
