Description - Mount Barker District Council (the Council) invites Tenders for the purchase of Road Safety Improvements on a 1.9km section of Hawthorn Road between Mount Barker and Echunga.Upgrades are limited to localised problem areas and include shoulder widenin g, guard rail (with some sections of motorcycle under-run protection), linemarking, signage and culvert extensions where required to accommodate the road widening.
