Description - Description: The Township of Lake of Bays is receiving proposals to participate in a design build request for proposal process to renovate the Dwight Library and Community Centre located at 1014 Dwight Beach Road in Dwight, Ontario. The estimated add ition will be an approximate increase of 3000 square feet, for an approximate total of 5500 square feet for the Library and utilizing a Library Consultant for the best use of space and flow within the Library space.
