Description - Description: The work involves the replacement of the existing deck at the Ski Cottage located at 2420 South Bay Road, Sudbury, ON. Any references to the location being the “LU SKI CHALET” on the drawings are incorrect and shall be ignored as the re is no connection with LU (Laurentian University). The Owner is the Nickel District Conservation Authority operating as Conservation Sudbury. A completion date on or before December 13, 2024 is required. The site is private property but is immediately adjacent to an open parking lot. The drawings have been accepted to an existing open permit with the City of Greater Sudbury.
