Description - The County of Perth is seeking to engage the professional services of an experienced Contractor to undertake the resurfacing of parts of Perth Line 86 by means of hot-mix asphalt paving. Project specifications and site limits are detailed within the tender documents. The work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and placement of approximately 11,000 tonnes of surface course hot-mix asphalt, 75,000 m2 of tack coating, the reinstatement of approximately 27,000m of lineal traffic markings. The existing surface will be rehabilitated by applying a single lift of hot-mix over the project limits. Special provisions exist for the use of aramid fibre reinforced asphalt.
