Description - The main purpose of this RFP: Replace existing NEC VOIP with a newer system that accommodates open standard handsets. Ensure ongoing support for both the NEC systems and the new system during the transition period, including call routing between both systems and supporting voice mail migration.Ensure ongoing support that can respond on site within 2 hours or less. This would apply during regular hours, as well as after hours, on weekends and holidays.
