Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who can undertake the construction of a new Animal Servi ces Centre as noted in the RFPQ documents.
