Description - Description: Dalhousie University is inviting Proponents having experience in design and construction of new and existing Institutional Facilities, to provide proposals for a design-build partner for the new Housing Project. The Project is to be deli vered via Progressive-Design-Build (PDB) approach. It is Dalhousie University’s intent to engage and foster a collaborative PDB process to successfully deliver this project on schedule and on budget.
