Description - Description: The intent of this project is to revise the walkout basement wall (north wall) to a permanent wood foundation system with use of pressure treated wood framing to allow for future raised backfill (raised backfill is not in current scope). The existing north basement wall is untreated wood framing with large windows and a double door. A double bottom plate is currently supporting the wall framing and consists of what appears to be a pressure treated 2x6 plate in contact with the foundation with a non-pressure treated 2x6 plate on top.
