Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the Yarmouth Yards Earthw orks and Servicing – Phase 3 (YYES3) project as noted in the RFPQ documents.The YYES3 project will commence in Spring 2025. The project will consist of new roads, sewers, watermains, storm sewers, and a stormwater management pond that will provide critical infrastructure to the Yarmouth Yards Industrial Park. Strategic coordination between surrounding internal and external construction projects will also be required to achieve project success.
