Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, packaging, delivery and management of paper and electronic restaurant vouchers for the staff of the ARCHE AGGLO Urban Community, i.e. approximately 315 employees to date. The restaur ant vouchers will be provided monthly in paper format, by secure booklets or on electronic media, mobile application and card. The choice of medium is left to the community and both management methods must be possible. The community may decide to change the medium during the contract, in accordance with the regulations in force. The majority of employees have paper restaurant vouchers.
