Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, packaging, delivery and management of paper and electronic meal vouchers for the staff of the ARCHE AGGLO Urban Community, i.e. approximately 315 agents to date.Restaurant vouchers w ill be provided monthly in paper format, by secure booklets or on electronic media, mobile application and card. The choice of support is left to the community and both management methods must be possible.
