Description - Description: Purpose of the contract: The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply, packaging, delivery and management of paper and electronic restaurant vouchers for the staff of the ARCHE AGGLO Urban Community, i.e. approximately 315 emplo yees to date. The restaurant vouchers will be provided monthly in paper format, by secure booklets or on electronic media, mobile application and card. The choice of medium is left to the community and both management methods must be possible.
