Description - This contract is a panel contract under a schedule of rates to supply Council with road pavement material within the Wagga Wagga City Council local government area. The contract will remain in force for a period of 12 months with options to extend th e contract at the sole discretion of Council for a further 3 x 12 month periods. Council may also call to ‘refresh’ the panel during the contract periods in order new suppliers may tender and be added to the panel contract.
