Description - Description: This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is issued by the City of Cold Lake (the “City”) to invite submissions from experienced and qualified Proponents capable of entering into an agreement to provide Commercial Janitorial Service s for the Energy Centre and Grand Stand.
