Description - Description: The Township is accepting proposals for the supply, installation, testing, maintenance, processing and management of automated speed enforcement (ASE) cameras for the Township of Springwater.Proposals will be accepted to provide options for the implementation and oversight of ASE cameras, as further described within this RFP. The Township is looking for a revenue neutral turn-key solution with zero up-front cost.
