Description - Description: The Region of Peel is seeking to retain a qualified Construction Manager (CM) to provide Construction Management and Construction services for the design and construction of a new affordable housing building in Caledon, Ontario, located on Tim Manley Avenue and Pattulo Drive in Mayfield West Phase II. The new affordable residential tower will accommodate approximately 80 rental units, with a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units that includes amenity space with surface parking (“Project”).
