Description - Description: INVITATION TO BID FOR BID REFERENCE NO. 2024 –72“SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR BFAR PATROL BOAT”1. The Department of Agriculture - Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (DA – BFAR), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2024 intends to apply the total sum of THIRTY-EIGHT MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE AND 40/ 100 PESOS ONLY (Php 38,197,343.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of “SUPPLY OF MATERIALS AND LABOR FOR BFAR PATROL BOAT”with Bid Reference No. 2024–72. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
