Description - Description: The Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport - Lingen Division (NLStBV - rGB Lingen) is the project sponsor of this expansion project. The four-lane expansion of the E 233 is provided for in the Federal Highway Co nstruction Act to expand from two to four lanes. The project is classified as an urgent need in the requirements plan for federal highways.
