Description - Description: The successful respondent will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of the Scalehouse at the City’s Waste Management Facility (WMF). This includes:Processing of inbound and outbound loads of waste and diversion materials ;Collection of payment for loads;Providing excellent customer service and support to customers; andEducating customers on the City’s waste diversion programs and WMF site rules.The successful respondent must staff the Scalehouse with a minimum of two persons during WMF operating hours and must be prepared to begin accepting customers at 7:00 am each operating day.
