Description - Description: Framework agreement with one LSP supplier/dealer of software licences in the contract period. Purchase/hire of licences, maintenance, supplementing, administration, management and consultancy etc. the Contracting Authority reserves the r ight to confess to the LSP provider during the contract period in accordance with Microsoft ́s provisions on the change of LSP.  New tenderers will take over all supplier responsibility for the requested services from when the contract is signed. This also includes annual maintenance costs for previously purchased licences/services from Microsoft, as well as the need for new/other licences or services from Microsoft. Date of renewal of licence
