Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is all the services relating to the various maintenance works of the stands and purging of the firing mounds of the Toulon defense base, under the jurisdiction of SID Méditerr anée. The geographical area concerns all the sites of the Toulon Defense Base and in particular the following municipalities: Toulon, Saint-Mandrier, Hyères. This framework agreement is single-award, awarded according to the adapted procedure, in application of articles L. 2320-1, L. 2323-1 and R2323-1 to R.2323-3 of the public procurement code.
