Description - Description The Corporation of the Town of Pelham (“the Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified providers of Eco-Window Film at the Town of Pelham Meridian Community Centre (MCC) for the Town (“the Services”). The Services are further desc ribed in section 7 of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”). Bids will be evaluated based on the criteria set out in this RFP.
