Description - Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2024-Q-204 Detailed Design Services for Declassified Valve Ch amber at Garner Rd Biosolids Facility, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Garner Road Biosolids Facility (GRBF) is located at 8719 Chippawa Creek Road in the City of Niagara Falls. The GRBF receives waste from twelve (12) Regional Water-Wastewater (W-WW) facilities.
