Description - Description: This Invitation to Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the Regional Municipality of Niagara (“Niagara Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for RR81 King St Vineland Geotechnical/ Excess Soils/ Material Testing/ SUE i nvestigations, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).The Niagara Region is undertaking the reconstruction of Regional Road 81 (King Street) from Vinehaven Trail to Twenty-Third Street in the Town of Lincoln.
