Description - Description: The Regional Municipality of Niagara owns and operates five childcare centers across the region. Two of these centers: Niagara Falls Childcare Center and Welland Childcare Center have been experiencing high CO2 levels within the building and require HVAC upgrades. The Scope of work at Welland Childcare center is the replacement of variable air volume (VAV) zone boxes and controllers as well as duct modifications to increase airflow.
