Description - Description: The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to cover the Client's need for assistance in planning and carrying out maritime operations in Norway. This applies to logistics support to the quay, in the immediate vicinity of the quay (for exa mple NSE/FLS) and to anchors outside the quay, including a well-functioning and predictable port service and supply in port. Also applies to logistics support for vessels outside port. The agreement shall cover ship agent services that the Principal may need in connection with national operations and exercises, and planning support in connection with the planning of maritime operations and exercises in Norway.
