Description - Description: Perform a leak detection survey and pinpointing project to cover approximately 125 miles of water distribution lines and all connected valves, hydrants, services, etc. At a minimum, the final report shall include the following items for each leak: location, size/type of facility, description, equipment used to find leak, estimated leak rate in gallons per minute (gpm), and a picture of the leak location. Each leak is to be clearly marked in the field, as well as documented in the report.
