Description - Description: The County requires a contractor for construction of Cardiff Park Tower and demolition and construction for the North Shelter.In April 2024, Sturgeon County hired Williams Engineering to assess the safety and condition of the observation tower at Cardiff Park. The assessment revealed that while the tower's overall condition was fair, the required repairs and upgrades to ensure code compliance were extensive and costly. The restoration expenses were comparable to those for constructing a new structure. As a result, the County decided to replace the existing tower with a new, compliant observation tower at a new location that showcases the entire park with better viewsAdditionally
