Description - Description: INVITATIONThe Owner is issuing this RFQ to prequalify general contractors for the construction of a newelementary school with childcare in East Gwillimbury (the “Project”). Construction of the Project is anticipated to start in sprin g 2025 and will include a 421-pupil placeelementary school and a 3-classroom childcare centre. The planned GFA is approx 50,000 sq ft. The Owner is inviting Submissions from Proponents who wish to be prequalified to participate in asubsequent request for proposals process to be issued by the Owner for the Project (the “ProjectTender”) and who are able to clearly demonstrate an exemplary record of successful constructionof education facilities
