Description - Description: The City of Red Deer (The City) invites qualified consulting firms to provide comprehensive engineering services for the re-development of landfill cells at the Waste Management Facility (WMF). Following a recent amendment, the WMF has b een approved to increase the final waste elevation of the existing landfill to 940 meters above sea level (masl).
