Description - Description: The Corporation of the City of St. Thomas (the City) is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFPQ) to solicit responses from interested, qualified, contractors (Respondents) who are capable of undertaking the Burwell Sewage Pumpin g Station (Burwell SPS) project as noted in the RFPQ documents.The Burwell SPS project will commence in Spring 2025.
